Subject–verb agreement = karta ke hisaab se verb (he has, they have). Verb us noun se jodo jo kaam karta hai, nearest word se nahi. he / she / it + -s = topic 07. is / are vs have extra = I3 — yahan core nahi.

1. Kya hai

Subject singular → verb singular. Subject plural → verb plural. Pehle kaun karta hai, phir verb.

Subject Present Example
Singular (he / she / it / Riya / news) plays / is / has Riya plays cricket. The news is on.
Plural (they / we / mangoes / Riya and Arjun) play / are / have They play cricket. The mangoes are ripe.

Spelling -s / -es / don't / doesn't lamba = topic 07. Yahan: verb kis noun se match kare.

Indian exam aksar collective ko singular maangta hai: The team is ready. Is site British: members dikhein to are bhi theek.

He have a book extra = I3 (yahan core nahi). Passive verb forms = topic 55. Relative who is / who are = topic 43 / 61.
