Question tag = sentence ke end ka chhota check ("hai na?"): aren't you? isn't it? Plus line → minus tag. Madad wala word (is/are/do) aur I/you/he match karo. Har cheez pe isn't it? nahi.

1. Kya hai

Question tag = "hai na?" Confirm / soft check. Poora naya sawal nahi.

You're from Delhi, aren't you?

Likhne me tag se pehle comma, end pe ?. Comma ki baaki rules = topic 67.

2. Plus / minus (haan palat)

Positive sentence → negative tag. Negative sentence → positive tag. Matlab: haan wali line ke end pe nahi wala chhota sawal.

Dono same side (You're ready, are you?) surprise ke liye hota hai — A2 school writing me nahi.

Short answer fact pe: You like cricket, don't you? Yes, I do. (not Yes, I don't.)

3. Madad wala word + I/you/he

Yeh madad wala word (is, are, do, does, did). Tag me wahi helper + wahi pronoun. A2 pe pehle be aur do / does / did.

Ordinary have possession: You have a bag, don't you? British have got: You've got a bag, haven't you? (06). too / enough = 34.

Hindi note. Hindi "hai na?" aksar ek hi rehta hai. English me tag helper + pronoun dono match: be → isn't / aren't; ordinary verb → don't / doesn't / didn't. isn't it? sirf it / this / that ke saath. Plus sentence → minus tag. I'm → aren't I?
