Lesson 11 of 84

A1

Adjective = wo word jo cheez ya insaan ke baare me extra batata hai: colour, size, feeling. Jaise red, small, happy. bigger / the biggest topic 24. Abhi basic form.

1. Kya hai

red, small, hot, happy, tired — yeh adjectives hain (cheez ke baare me extra baat). Noun (naam) ke baare me extra baat.

Noun Adjective + noun / be
bag a red bag / The bag is red.
tea hot tea / The tea is hot.
Ravi Ravi is tall.

2. Sentence me kahan aata hai

Jagah Kaise likho Example
Noun se pehle a/an + adjective + noun a small room, an old book
be ke baad noun + am/is/are/was/were + adjective The room is small. I was tired.

Adjective pe -s nahi lagta: two red bags — not two reds bags. Noun (naam) ek se zyada ho sakta hai; adjective same rehta hai.
